TX + RX do not require batteries.

TX is powered by the iPod and RX receives power while docked with a speaker system for iPod. Uses Industry Standard Bluetooth

2.0 to stream audio between devices. Bluetooth offers excellent power management, security and ease of use. TX+RX can also be used with many other Bluetooth® devices including stereo earphones and mobile cell phones with (A2DP) capability.

Works with CERULEAN F1

An iPod equipped with the CERULEAN TX can wirelessly stream music to the CERULEAN F1 Stereo Bluetooth Earphones. When connected, you can use the F1 to remotely change tracks, adjust volume and pause / play songs on your iPod.

TX+RX Goes Beyond

CERULEAN TX + RX can also be used with any stereo system with an auxilary input and any audio source with audio output ports.
